Welcome To Your New Home...you'll find me here 3x a week for Live Workouts...with an interactive chat session...We'll chart our progress, plus there's a Nutritionist on Staff here...I think it's pretty cool since lately I've been eating Kid's cereal as a food group & need a tune-up myself,lol!So come On, Let's Go!! Congrats, you're MADE IT here...we're gonna think positive(MORE AND MORE EVERYDAY), take action(Workout Every Other Day,Set Goals,Make Positive Commitments), avoid pitfalls(As Much As Possible), & seeProgress, Lots Of Progress On Several Levels!!!!! So pat yourself on the back, take a deep breath, and put into motion what's already in your mind..........

Think we're(We ARE) going to do it this time! And the occasional "fall off the horse" is allowed, as long as it's "I want to get" right back on once we've dusted off the chocolate.Yes, I said it & I love it too..and sleeping in on Sundays...and veggin out watching hours worth of t.v. also! So I do understand, this is a journey and the next stop is a new you and a new me too! I figured the best way to stay in shape is to be accountable to someone, and that someone is you!

With all my clients I will require before and after pictures as well as testimonials throughout the whole process.....
I have been a personal trainer for several years now helping many people reach their goals as well as trying to get my body to its highest level. "Getting to and staying at your personal best " is why we're here!

I will design a workout routine and meal plan for you to help you reach your personal goals...The program starts with an 8-12 week motivator routine that consists of commitment, perspiration, and progress!This range is where most people start to see noticeable changes+get excited+increased motivation!Also what you need to do every other day with working out and our nutritionist about when/what to eat....and any/all workout comments/questions will be addressed during/immediately after the workouts!

As far as Personal Training, usual pricing varies between 35-150 dollars... If you do have the money to get a personal trainer I would advise that. If you are strapped for money and the type of person that can be somewhat self-motivated then this is a good option for you...

What the Nutrition Dept. will need from you is a typical day/week of eating habits, workouts and what your overall goals are..Nutrition has messenger & I have yahoo messenger and anytime throughout the workouts I will help you with any questions and keep you as motivated as possible...
