Lots Of Progress On Several Levels!!! So let's put into motion what's already in your mind..........
Think we're(We ARE) going to do it this time! And the occasional "fall off the horse" is allowed, as long as it's "I want to get" right back on once we've dusted off the chocolate.Yes, I said it & I love it too! I have chocolate a few times a week in pretty generous amounts because I speed up my metabolism by working out a certain way for one thing! We also have a European Nutritionist on board which will help you in lots of areas including metabolic! So back to chocolate, I do understand and I do enjoy! This is a journey for us and the next stop is a new you and a new me too! I figured the best way to stay in shape is to be accountable to someone, and that someone is you!

I have been a personal trainer for several years now helping many people
reach their goals as well as trying to get my body to its highest level. "Getting

I will design a workout routine with some variation each Training Cam. And Nutrition requests other items to help you reach your personal goals...The program starts with 8-12 week motivator routines that consists of stretching, warm-up, Training Session, interactive chat, and cooldown...all of which requires commitment, perspiration, and progress! This range of time is where most people start to see noticeable changes like measurements improving whiich results excitement + increased motivation! Also what you need to do adhere to every other day as much as possible with working out. Plus be sure to consult our nutritionist about when/what to eat....

As far as local Personal Training, pricing usually varies between 35-150 dollars... If you do have the money to get a personal trainer I would advise that. If you are strapped for money or just have other things to spend 150.00 Dollars on, then make The Best use of This Site & Your Time Here! If you are the type of person that can be even somewhat self-motivated then this is a great option & great deal for you...!!!
